What is a "Limited Edition" print?

Limited Edition refers to the number of printsthat are available for that particular artwork.

How many prints are in a Limited Edition?

Edition sizes start at 25. Some images have edition sizes up to 100.

What is a Giclee print?

Giclee (pronounced, zhee’clay),  the word comes from the French, meaning to spray, which is exactly what an ink jet printer does. The quality of a giclee print is far superior to all other forms of printing.  For art lovers who wanted to collect Fine Art prints with colours that will last a lifetime.

What type of paper are the photographs printed on?

All prints are printed on Hahnemühle  Fine Art Paper.  This  is a heavyweight finely textured natural white cotton art paper with an inkjet coating specially optimised for FineArt printing.  The acid- and lignin-free paper meets the most exacting requirements for age resistance and is ideal for reproducing photographs to withstand years on display. 

What is a "Bespoke" print?

These are custom size prints made to order.

Are all the prints on the website photographs?

Yes, all the work displayed are original photographs taken by Louise O’Gorman.

What is a certificate of authenticity ?

A Certificate of Authenticityis a Certificationfrom the Artist to prove that the artwork is original and can not be reproduced. It also states the number of the edition of the print. Each certificate has an original number.  

 

 

FAQ's:  Postage and Packaging

 

Do you ship internationally?

YES, we post all over the world!

How long will my print take to arrive?

All prints are made to order, so we ask for up to 5 days for printing and packing of your order. 

All prints are sent via registered post or courier depending on the country.  You will receive notification once the artwork has been dispatched and will also receive tracking details for international post.

How many prints can you sent in same package?

Up to 3 prints.

Can you post the print directly to someone else as a gift from me?

Yes, of course, we can even include a special  note from you!

 

 

FAQ's: Returns

I hope that you will be very happy with your print, I take the utmost care in packing your print and making sure that the quality of the print and packaging meets professional and high standards. 

I do not offer refunds on prints, with the exception of  Damaged prints.  In this case, I ask you to please check your delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If you notice damage, you should refuse receipt. Then, please contact me immediately, so that I can send you a replacement.

To allow a quick handling of the situation, it is helpful if you can e-mail me photographic documentation of the damage. 
If you have already received the work before you notice damage, please let me know through the contact page as soon as possible. Please also keep the original packaging in case a return is necessary.
